Todd Richardson has broad litigation experience, particularly in matters involving trade regulation and intellectual property, and he has handled numerous appeals in state and federal courts. Before returning to Indiana in 1992, Todd practiced for five years with a firm in Boston handling complex litigation, primarily patent and antitrust cases. He has since been active in the energy law and utility regulation practice at Lewis & Kappes. In college, he wrote jokes and drew cartoons for the prestigious Harvard Lampoon.
