Gary Price has broad experience as a trial lawyer, from civil rights cases to complex commercial litigation. He is also a registered mediator. During his career in trial practice, Mr. Price has tried to judgment or verdict cases involving the following subject matter: Patent, Anti-trust, Copyright Infringement (software), Product Liability, Premises Liability, Environmental Contamination, Personal Injury, Common Carrier Liability, Commercial Contract Issues, Wrongful Death, Psychiatric Malpractice and Civil Rights claims, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition, Mr. Price has litigated other matters in a wide range of legal subject matter. In each case, he consistently applies his methodology of trial practice: Analyze, Investigate, Organize and Prepare Optimal Trial Presentation.
