Barry S. Wormser is an associate in the firm's corporate group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, entrepreneurial services, and SBA and conventional lending. Mr. Wormser also advises clients on their commercial and residential real estate transactions, contracts, municipal financing, and other general business counseling.
Mr. Wormser has experience working with entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, banks and other financial institutions, health care providers, municipalities and real estate development groups.
