Arlene Morris has been working in the legal field for more than 30 years. Arlene has been employed as a Paralegal with Lewis & Kappes, P.C., since 1993, and primarily works in the areas of Probate/Tax and Estate Planning, where she assists in the preparation and administration of estate plans, the preparation of Last Will and Testament and Trust documents, the preparation and administration of Guardianships and also Adoptions. Arlene has extensive experience in Corporate law, Real Estate law, Asbestos Litigation and also handles collections for various clients. Arlene is a Paralegal affiliate Member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and a member of the Indiana Paralegal Association, where she Co-Chairs the Probate and Tax Section.
