Practice Areas
Tabitha Lucas practices in the areas of civil litigation and utilities. She first joined Lewis & Kappes as a summer associate in 2009. While in law school, she clerked with the Honorable G. Thomas Gray and the Honorable Jane Spencer Craney in Morgan County. She also participated in the Maurer School of Law Disability Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to clients seeking Social Security and Medicaid disability benefits.
