Civil litigation; appeals; employment law.
Matthew Tarkington is a member of the firm's appellate and civil litigation groups. Matthew's practice focuses on business and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in matters concerning covenants not to compete, employment discrimination, interference with contractual relationships, lender liability claims, and trade secret violations - as well as many other general business issues. Matthew is licensed in both Indiana and Utah. While in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review.
